Firmin & Co are expanding and are looking for an experienced lettings negotiator who is self-driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated. The role will include carrying out set tasks within a time frame and meeting targets, generating new business and forging relationships with potential landlords and tenants and working towards targets.
To be considered for this role you must have a proven track record and strong knowledge of the industry. A positive energetic ‘can do’ approach that enjoys a busy environment, is essential. You will need to be able to work under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail, be a clear problem solver and have an engaging and charismatic personality.
Key Responsibilities Include
– Carrying out property viewings.
– Ensure every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner in an attempt to build a rapport.
– Cross-selling and recommending the companies additional products, such as Financial Services
– Provide an effective sales presentation explaining the Company’s key features and competitor differentiation to win listings.
– Work all procedures and systems effectively and work within all legislative and compliance standards.
– Provide exceptional customer service to all our clients
– Working to set targets and self-generating your own leads
